DMCA Policy for Storieshow.com

Last Updated: September 12, 2025

Introduction

Storieshow.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedure for copyright owners to report alleged infringement of their works on our site, the process for users to respond to such notices, and our policy regarding repeat infringers.

Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Storieshow.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent.

To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is required.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the page where the material is located).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a complete and valid infringement notice, we will take steps to remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.

Please send all DMCA notices of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by submitting a written notice to our Designated Agent.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Storieshow.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. We may then replace the removed material or restore access to it within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our DMCA procedures.
